Currently in Chicago designing experiences with Salesforce Ignite, a customer-facing, entrepreneurial innovation team. Previously at Amazon in Seattle, crafting customer experiences to make the retail site a more engaging place to shop on mobile, desktop, and beyond.
I have a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction and Design (MHCI+D) from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Psychology from UC Berkeley, where I conducted research in a visual perception and aesthetics lab. My social science background gives me a human-centered, data-driven foundation for my design decisions.
Formerly, I worked in digital marketing at a financial software company, where I was responsible for project managing the company magazine, producing visual assets and ads consistent with company branding, as well as executing global email campaigns and events.
